More roll out continues this week. This will always be the case as we are in a building project. Work is always going on somewhere toward this project. As we're able to get with members and groups of members, many are even more enthralled and see more clearly what the Plan4Power Group is about. If there is one thing I can tell you as an overall directive, it's this. Don't approach your business development with the Plan4Power Group like opportunities you've been involved with before. Don't treat Plan4Power like another business you're "getting into" and "checking out." Bottom line, you purchased a book that if you read it, gives you many of the principles you need to build any business succesfully. You were invited to free membership in a group attempting to cause a positive revolution in a currently chaotic industry. This group belongs to you as much as any of us. As you see and understand more of the PLAN, you'll begin to truly see that what we're doing together hasn't been done in exactly the way we're doing it. You may think that is a bold statement because as I would agree, there is nothing new under the sun. I'm sure that some facets of what we're doing have been put into some combinations before. But here's the realness of what I'm saying. Even if EVERY SINGLE business aspect of what we're achieving together, had been put together EXACTLY like our plan has, it could still never be the same as what we have. There is at least one crucial, key element (actually a couple more) that absolutely has never been done before AND would be impossible to duplicate. The exact combination of our various group members with all of their diversities, talents and experiences, who've come together at this time in space, can actually NEVER be fully duplicated again. When you think about this and realize the magnitude of it, you will begin to feel the warmth of pride from where you are with your Plan4Power. I have a particular vantage point to see the overall picture of the group, the deals and ideals that are being put before us, and many future aspects that are coming together in the right timing. Much of this could not be encapsulated well enough to fully express why I know that if you are a Plan4Power Group member, you are at THE right place at THE right time. Occasionally you may catch me saying how "exciting" things are, because they are and the English language only has so many adjectives to describe what is going on here. But you won't get a lot of email from me that just has a bunch of "fluff" in it about how GREAT things are going and how EXCITING and oh yeah.....AWESOME things are. This would be in order to keep you "pumped up." I'm part of the construction crew. I do the part I've got to be doing to make my part of the job work. Each one of you are part of the crew as well. You're doing what you've got to be doing to make your part of the job work. Together we're building a firm foundation for a financial structure that can last our lifetimes. Many of you are beginning to see the walls go up for your portion of the Plan4Power complex. You are experiencing this because of the efforts you're putting forth toward the construction process. If you feel as if nothing is happening for you, ask yourself about your efforts and involvement. If those are in check, ask yourself about your outlook and whether or not you're looking to the construction team for advice and support in a can-do manner. The exact place, time, individuals and a blueprint to achieve are all here in a combination that has never occurred before. You are part of it. Don't stand outside the compound and watch. Pick up your tools and participate. We're building something together that is for your lifetime as well.
It's All in the Numbers

The countdown continues. Please stay tuned to the forum more than ever these days. For now I will be posting daily updates there. This place will continue to be more about a therapeutic way for me to ramble. This week has been an incredible time. Next week we can take a good look at what is ahead of us for the next leg of the journey together. So many of you have inspired me so that I just don't know how to fully thank you except to say it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your participation, efforts and contributions. Good and talented people are coming together to share in this experience toward a common goal that we all share. There are many variations of the reasons for the goal, but we all know what it takes to achieve this common dream. Keep your minds open and hearts tuned in to the process. Contribute positive energy to the Plan4Power effort, even during the times you only have enough time to contribute in the form of positive thoughts and prayers. So many of you have put that focus forward, that people from around the world are being drawn to the powerful goodness of it. We should all be proud of what is developing. Steadily we move forward and grow in numbers exponentially. Those numbers are what make the financial numbers work. Those financial numbers are what make the fulfillment of needs and dreams happen.
I don't have much time for it lately, but I'm sure I'll need a whole bunch of it when we're on the other side of Phase 2 entry in the next days. I'm also hoping at some point to put guest writers on the blog as well.

As usual, if I could open up my skull and let the thoughts come pouring out, I know you would be as excited as I am for the future. We've all been building the momentum of our Plan4Power and we're about to take another step forward that may seem like a skip this time.
The PLAN involves a series of "baby" steps, but on occasions, it seems we get to take a bigger leap. Such an occasion will happen for us this month in that we will be moving into Phase 2. Many people have the feeling that this is a one time event, and that if they are not ready for it, they will get left behind. This couldn't be further from the truth and everyone should understand the principles of how things work so that there is no fear of loss involved. There should only be expectations of all the wonderful things that can happen for all those who remain dedicated to goals that are worth attaining.
Remember that from the very first members of the Plan4Power Group, momentum (growth) needed to be achieved. This is with every new team that begins that is a part of the whole group. We are about pre-building a team for every individual to move forward into business with, and every new member has that same expectation of building a great team that is part of a great group. If it were that the advent of Phase 2 was a "one time" get in or be left behind affair, what would be of the newest people coming in next month? This is part of the continual growth of the Plan4Power Group just as it will be part of the growth of every individual's personal group.
What bringing on Phase 2 means is that there is now enough momentum for the Plan4Power Group so far, to be able to successfully move forward into further business. It will happen for every team within the group and every individual within a team when the time is right. When is the time right? When there is enough growth or momentum to produce business sustaining capital so that THE most important aspect of the PLAN works.
THE MOST IMPORTANT aspect of the plan is this. There should be NO financial risk involved for any team member, as long as the PLAN is followed. The PLAN is a simple one. It involves real numbers that work. I urge you to get to know more about exactly how the Plan4Power does work so that you truly understand the concept and how very different this is from just a downline club or feeder program. There is far more to what we have than that. Even though our only out of pocket expense is but $25, learn of the depth of the PLAN and all that you have to be proud of as a member.
We've had many enjoyable conference calls over the past 2 weeks. You should make sure and get a schedule of next week's calls and listen in on at least one so that you can get the feel for where we are and where we're going. Have a great weekend and we'll be getting more word out over the next several days.
Update Email Went Out

Hello all, Thank you for your patience during the past week when we experienced some major GROWING pains, on the heels of attempts to clear up minor programming issues. Some of you may understand what happened, but for those of you who didn't, let me give a simple overview. First of all, we can ALL take responsibility for what happened !!!! That's right. We're growing so big, so fast, that we maxed out the server we were on with the web site hosting company. As you've probably heard, we really didn't expect this to happen so soon or we would have been prepared. We now have our very own space, a server dedicated just for Plan4Power. There's enough capacity to last us a good while so we will be able to move forward even bigger and faster with ease. Please remember that we've requested that nobody put their URL on autosurf sites. We are a group of individuals working together to make success happen for all, we're not a large corporation. The autosurf sites use up a lot of our server resources and as we bring on more thousands of people, we will cause more inconvenience for everyone by stressing those resources. For well over a year we've been testing different advertising sources, and autosurf sites have brought in far less than 1% of the prospects who've looked at Plan4Power. This is not to say they don't have their place, it's just that for our needs of getting prospects to the table to let them know what we're about, it hasn't been an effective means of advertising. Now, during the move, as is common, we've experienced an issue or two. The main one is that for now, our payment automation isn't working completely. The payments are going through, but they are not automatically showing up as before so I am going in to manually credit the sales. Please communicate this fact with your new sign ups so that they won't be concerned. Over the weekend, this should be fixed. Also sometime over the weekend, there may be a bit more down time. We have a custom name server switch to do and anytime this occurs, it can take 24-48 hours to propagate across the time zones. It's beyond our control. So you may find your site to be down for awhile again. Please don't be alarmed. On this note, I hope that everyone will understand that when an issue comes up with the web site, admin knows about it right away. Suffice it to say that the very few of us who do the administrative part for our group, are with it 16-18 hours (sometimes more) a day, 7 days a week. We are the first to know when something happens and it's not necessary to alert us by email. Imagine, something needs to be looked into right away and a deluge of hundreds emails come in needing answers. This can tax our resources as well. As a group, we need to take care of one another in every way that we can. Please don't imagine yourself as an individual out there against this big Internet world any longer. You're part of the Plan4Power Group now. You belong to a group of people who want to see EVERYONE achieve. We know that unless everyone achieves, nobody will, and we're out to prove that it can happen. We're in this for the final build. We want to build individual incomes and personal strengths so that we can all retire together and go about doing more good and helping MORE people. We'll build solid source incomes that are willable to your heirs. Imagine being able to relax about finances, way into your future and beyond. This is SO worth working to achieve, and we have SUCH a simple means of achieving it. We'll make it happen together. Grasp the collective nature of what we're doing and realize that we can become a fine tuned machine. The quicker we do this, the quicker we make it happen for ourselves and the thousands more who will be joining us. On that note, please know that entrance into Phase 2 is an ongoing thing. It's not a one time occurance to where either you are in or not. As each individual qualifies with two book sales, either from their own personal promotions or referrals from their upline, that person will advance to Phase 2. This is how it will be for everyone who purchases the eBook and accepts the free membership bonus. So rest up this weekend, get your ducks in a row, and get ready for a fabulous 1st quarter of this year. Stay involved with your Plan4Power, Debra

I am going to work to credit everyone who I'm aware of now before the name server change takes place which will cause us to be down some over the weekend. When the site is down, we're unable to get to the admin portion either to make updates, and I'm unable to do an email blast to all members like this. So you may want to lie low a bit over the weekend with your promotions. Check the Plan4Power forum and the Plan4Power blog to keep up with what's going on. We still have Phase 2 slated to begin around the 20th to the 25th.
Growing Pains

Hey everybody. The site has been down some today and may be until sometime tomorrow morning. It caught us by surprise. We've grown to be such a large group, so quickly that the demands on the server were too great. We are having to switch to a dedicated server which means we have the server all to ourselves....and it's a pretty big one. So we should be good to go for awhile. Sorry I haven't been around much lately. But needless to say, the growth we're experiencing has kept me away. Everyone should be paying careful attention to what is going on in the next couple of weeks. Stay involved.
