Major Strides

Hello all fortunate souls. Even if you don't feel so fortunate at the very moment, I assure you that there are strong reasons for you to be of good cheer. So very much has been happening over the past 2 months that it has been difficult to decide what particular aspect to talk about in the blog. Some of you who've caught me by phone have emailed me later and told me that you haven't been able to sleep much since our conversation. I know what you mean. I haven't taken a lot of sleep the past year, but these days, the sleep time is filled with dreams of even bigger visions of the future. I'm going to make this entry brief so that I can get back to everything that is currently going on this week, because this week is probably the most important we've had all year. We're in the midst of having the sign up process automated and an upgrade to the database. As many of you may know, I've been doing all of the admin on a fairly manual basis. There have been periods over the past year that we've used and tried various means of automation. I've been comfortable with more of it being hands on for the past 6 months or so until lately. Because of our recent growth, it's not just a matter of comfort, it's a matter of survival. Not of p4p, but of me personally....lol. But seriously, we're blessed to have two wonderfully talented women who've come on board to work with us toward the next level, and in several ways. You will be hearing much about them over the next few weeks. For now, know this. The good things that are happening for Plan4Power will positively affect every member who is involved enough to be keeping up with what is going on. (Have you heard that we hit and went past 1 million hits to our .com site last month?) You will be hearing more over the next couple of weeks by blog entry, email and phone. Heads up please. The rest of this week and through the weekend will be tied up in completion of the upgrade to the system. I hope this weekend to be doing input of all the current p4p members into the new system. When this is complete, next week we'll be welcoming new territory that's been waiting to be covered. To use the word exciting seems inadequate. Dreams will come to life. Speaking of dreams, on this day, the 25th anniversary of the death of a peaceful, brilliant artist, please allow me to close with some of his most famous lyrics, in his definite honor.

Energy in the Air

It's been amazing over the past couple of weeks to feel the energy that is all around us. People we've not heard from in months are checking to see what is going on with p4p. People who've been anguishing over a $25 decision are suddenly "seeing the light." Wow. I'd like to ramble on about how utterly fascinating it all is, but we need to get some business established. The upgraded, fully automated site is ready and we're completing data transfer today and tomorrow. We found it necessary to move it to another server late last night, so it will take another couple of days to propagate fully and go through the testing to make sure we can go totally live. When this occurs, you will all be notified by email with your log-in information and your new URL. Please watch the blog here for the next few days to know when to be looking for your notification email. As soon as the testing is done and we are live, you will get your full information. 2006 is MOST definitely going to be a wonderful year for a group of MOST fortunate souls.
Now I realize it's the end of the year and the holiday season, but isn't that when things are supposed to slow down? Our light is shining brightly you wonderful, fortunate souls. Continue to do the things you are doing, and for those of you who are doing nothing, at least continue to send positive thoughts and prayers our way. It's most definitely working.
Don't be concerned about the advertisements you have out currently. Your current URL will still be live and we will still capture the requests and sales that come in for you from ads you've already placed. HOWEVER, and this is probably the only time in history you'll ever hear me say this, you should cease advertising with your current URL for now and pick your advertising back up when you get the new one. We will be transitioning out of the old one for now. We'll give the old site a face lift and perhaps use it to remind people that we're still out here for all the millions of frustrated marketers. The old site will remain live for now so that we will get anything from the ads you have out, but you will WANT your new URL out there. You will actually now have a real time back office to see your prospects and sales that come in from your site. The automated site will make things much easier for everyone.
New System Up and New URLs Going Out

Heads up for emails that will be going out that will contain your log-in and URL information. This is a major step forward for Plan4Power and I'd like to thank Colette Larson and Gayanna Magcosta for all of the work they've done to help us with this upgrade project. The site is wonderful and it makes the huge growth we are experiencing easier on everyone. We believe it will also make sales simpler for the members. The majority of members will have their emails by the end of today. Some very recent members who came "in between" the transition, may receive their emails to get to the site tomorrow. At the very latest we should be totally updated and ready for more major moves ahead by Friday. You will also be receiving information by email about group conference calls. These calls will be taking place over the next week. Make sure to be on the call scheduled for you so that you can hear the exciting details of what will be happening for us as we move into the new year. Moving 4ward faster now. Make sure you're on this train.
Further Updates

Many people have received their new URLs. Some have indicated that they didn't receive their emails from last week. I'll be attempting to send emails out again with your login information. Everyone will want to see the new site and system. Please be aware that this upgrade is only about a week old. Everything is technically working wonderfully. There may be some back office data in some of your sites that is still being matched. Don't be concerned, the data is still all here. It's just a matter of manual input in some cases. Things like this don't happen with the flip of a switch like some might imagine. Also, I've been getting emails about ideas, typos and such. I appreciate them all. We are still working on things and it will always get better and better. Web sites by their very nature tend to continuosly evolve. We as a group will always do the same. We keep looking for better and smarter ways to do business. In early January we will be unveiling a powerful new Phase 2 program. It will ad much more earning potential to Phase 2. We're very excited about all of the wonderful people and opportunities coming our way. We're growing to be a larger group all the time. You can't help but see Plan4Power everywhere these days if you're out there advertising at all. Sounds like a good idea......ADVERTISE. Make sure you have your new URL and get out the word. The next person looking to become a Plan4Power Group member could land on one of your ads. Spread the word.
Out for a Day

I'm going to be away from my office phone but I will be where I can catch emails. This is only for about 24 hours while I go for an early Christmas gathering with my family in South Texas. I'll get back to the office sometime tomorrow afternoon. Things are going so well and looking so good for next year. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend and enjoys time with loved ones. Lots of things are happening, all wonderful of course and some very BIG and wonderful things. Next...stay tuned to find out about the new Phase 2 program we'll announce during the first couple of weeks in January. I'll say it again, 2006 looks so wonderful. Yesterday an email went out asking for anyone who has not paid for their book to make their purchase. This mainly applied to some very recent members who had some difficulty getting the payments through during the system upgrade transition. If you know you have paid, disregard the message.
Also, everyone should be using their new URL. It points to the new .org site. If you don't have yours, please email me and get it. We'll leave the .com site live for another month for ads that you've put out, but then we'll take it down for updating.
