Growing Pains

Hey everybody. The site has been down some today and may be until sometime tomorrow morning. It caught us by surprise. We've grown to be such a large group, so quickly that the demands on the server were too great. We are having to switch to a dedicated server which means we have the server all to ourselves....and it's a pretty big one. So we should be good to go for awhile. Sorry I haven't been around much lately. But needless to say, the growth we're experiencing has kept me away. Everyone should be paying careful attention to what is going on in the next couple of weeks. Stay involved.
Update Email Went Out

Hello all, Thank you for your patience during the past week when we experienced some major GROWING pains, on the heels of attempts to clear up minor programming issues. Some of you may understand what happened, but for those of you who didn't, let me give a simple overview. First of all, we can ALL take responsibility for what happened !!!! That's right. We're growing so big, so fast, that we maxed out the server we were on with the web site hosting company. As you've probably heard, we really didn't expect this to happen so soon or we would have been prepared. We now have our very own space, a server dedicated just for Plan4Power. There's enough capacity to last us a good while so we will be able to move forward even bigger and faster with ease. Please remember that we've requested that nobody put their URL on autosurf sites. We are a group of individuals working together to make success happen for all, we're not a large corporation. The autosurf sites use up a lot of our server resources and as we bring on more thousands of people, we will cause more inconvenience for everyone by stressing those resources. For well over a year we've been testing different advertising sources, and autosurf sites have brought in far less than 1% of the prospects who've looked at Plan4Power. This is not to say they don't have their place, it's just that for our needs of getting prospects to the table to let them know what we're about, it hasn't been an effective means of advertising. Now, during the move, as is common, we've experienced an issue or two. The main one is that for now, our payment automation isn't working completely. The payments are going through, but they are not automatically showing up as before so I am going in to manually credit the sales. Please communicate this fact with your new sign ups so that they won't be concerned. Over the weekend, this should be fixed. Also sometime over the weekend, there may be a bit more down time. We have a custom name server switch to do and anytime this occurs, it can take 24-48 hours to propagate across the time zones. It's beyond our control. So you may find your site to be down for awhile again. Please don't be alarmed. On this note, I hope that everyone will understand that when an issue comes up with the web site, admin knows about it right away. Suffice it to say that the very few of us who do the administrative part for our group, are with it 16-18 hours (sometimes more) a day, 7 days a week. We are the first to know when something happens and it's not necessary to alert us by email. Imagine, something needs to be looked into right away and a deluge of hundreds emails come in needing answers. This can tax our resources as well. As a group, we need to take care of one another in every way that we can. Please don't imagine yourself as an individual out there against this big Internet world any longer. You're part of the Plan4Power Group now. You belong to a group of people who want to see EVERYONE achieve. We know that unless everyone achieves, nobody will, and we're out to prove that it can happen. We're in this for the final build. We want to build individual incomes and personal strengths so that we can all retire together and go about doing more good and helping MORE people. We'll build solid source incomes that are willable to your heirs. Imagine being able to relax about finances, way into your future and beyond. This is SO worth working to achieve, and we have SUCH a simple means of achieving it. We'll make it happen together. Grasp the collective nature of what we're doing and realize that we can become a fine tuned machine. The quicker we do this, the quicker we make it happen for ourselves and the thousands more who will be joining us. On that note, please know that entrance into Phase 2 is an ongoing thing. It's not a one time occurance to where either you are in or not. As each individual qualifies with two book sales, either from their own personal promotions or referrals from their upline, that person will advance to Phase 2. This is how it will be for everyone who purchases the eBook and accepts the free membership bonus. I am going to work to credit everyone who I'm aware of now before the name server change takes place which will cause us to be down some over the weekend. When the site is down, we're unable to get to the admin portion either to make updates, and I'm unable to do an email blast to all members like this. So you may want to lie low a bit over the weekend with your promotions. Check the Plan4Power forum and the Plan4Power blog to keep up with what's going on. We still have Phase 2 slated to begin around the 20th to the 25th.
